Colliers International Georgia, Ltd. wishes to supervise the construction of Batumi football stadium. The 3,5-million tender is now in selection/assessment stage. Colliers has offered the purchaser the lowest price – 2,8 mln GEL, which is 700 thousand GEL less than the initial price. If in consideration stage, the company will not be able to fully comply with the tender requirements, the commission will start consideration of further proposals.
The winning company shall fully monitor the progress of stadium construction. Namely, compliance with the construction project draft, quality control of construction materials, etc. The monitoring process will last till the end of the construction – two and a half years. Construction of UEFA category IV stadium for 20 000 viewers is conducted by company Anagi, for which it will spend 99,4 mln GEL.
