According to Natia Turnava, large-scale employment is meant, when the matter concerns to at least 22 rehabilitated facilities and absolutely new buildings, which will be built within the frame of the project. "These are at least 8,000 new working places only under existing facilities, and in total, taking into account all direct and indirect activities, more than 20,000 jobs will be created," Natia Turnava said.
The Minister of Economy also emphasized the importance of related businesses.
“Such a large-scale resort will not work if related businesses are not developed, - such as production of agricultural products, as well as manufacturing of furniture, energy, transport and it is important that a higher load will be given to Kutaisi International Airport, "said the Minister of Economy.
Architect, urban planners, NGOs, associations, as well as business, local municipalities, parliament and government representatives of Georgia are participating in the discussion at Radisson Hotel.
To remind, Bidzina Ivanishvili, the Chairman of the ruling party announced the charity initiative for the development of Tskaltubo. The project envisages full rehabilitation of Tskaltubo resort.
