Israeli citizens accounted for 12% of apartment sales in selected developer projects in Tbilisi during the first seven months of 2025,- according to the Galt & Taggart Tbilisi Residential Real Estate Review.
According to the document, a systematic developer survey conducted in August included over 130 residential projects, representing approximately 45% of the primary market.
The survey shows that Georgian citizens purchased the majority of apartments (75% of sales). Among foreign buyers, Israeli citizens led the list with 12%, followed by Russian citizens at 2%.
