As part of the third Eurasian Economic Forum in Yerevan, a series of events will be held with the participation of representatives from government bodies and the business community of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the EAEU-Iran Business Dialogue panel discussion will serve as the main thematic session. Participants will exchange views on strengthening and further developing trade and economic cooperation between the EAEU and Iran, addressing issues such as industrial cooperation, collaboration in the agro-industrial sector, promoting trade and investment, and enhancing financial, transport, and logistics infrastructure.
The EAEU-Iran Business Dialogue will be complemented by four sectoral roundtables for participating companies, focusing on the aforementioned areas.
Entrepreneurs from EAEU countries and Iran will also have the opportunity to establish partnerships through in-person and online B2B meetings organized during the forum.
The third Eurasian Economic Forum will take place from September 30 to October 1 in Yerevan, under Armenia’s chairmanship of the EAEU bodies. The event will be dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the signing of the EAEU Treaty, with the main theme being “10 Years of the EAEU: Prospects and Priorities.
