In April 2024, the Armenian real estate market recorded 20,988 transactions, marking a 26% increase compared to the same period last year and a 3.8% rise from March 2024. These figures were published by the relevant authorities.
Among these transactions, 4,528 were sales, showing a 16.4% increase compared to April of the previous year. However, this figure saw a slight decrease of 0.2% compared to March of this year.
The average market prices for real estate in Yerevan continued to rise. Prices for apartments in multi-unit buildings increased by 11.9% compared to April 2023, while remaining unchanged from March 2024. Price growth for apartments was observed in all administrative districts of Yerevan.
There was also notable activity in the rental market. In April 2024, 1,106 rental agreements were signed, reflecting a 10% increase compared to April of the previous year. However, the number of rental transactions decreased by 10% compared to March 2024.
