On December 2, Armenia’s Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan met with newly appointed German Ambassador Claudia Busch to discuss prospects for expanding financial cooperation between the two countries.
The discussion focused particularly on programs supported by the KfW Development Bank and opportunities for collaboration under the Global Concessional Financing Facility. Minister Hovhannisyan emphasized the importance of deepening mutually beneficial cooperation with Germany’s Ministry of Finance and advancing bilateral ties through new initiatives.
During the meeting, the Finance Minister congratulated Ambassador Busch on her appointment and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of financial and economic relations between Armenia and Germany.
