In May this year, the Armenian real estate market recorded 20,497 transactions, which is 12.8% more than in May last year and 2.3% less than in April this year.
In May 2024, there were 4,752 purchase and sale transactions, which is 7.8% more compared to May 2023, and 4.9% more compared to April 2024.
Average market prices for real estate in Yerevan continued to rise. Prices for apartments in multi-apartment buildings increased by 10.1% compared to May last year and by 0.1% compared to April this year. Price growth was observed in all administrative districts of the city.
During this period, 1,091 rental transactions were concluded, which is 7.7% more than in May 2023, and 1.4% less than in April 2024.
