"Askaneli" plans to open its first hotel in the village of Sanavardo, Kvareli municipality by next spring. According to him, the investment value of the five-star hotel amounts to USD 10 million and it will create more than 70 jobs.
Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Kakheti will have 46 rooms at the first stage, and later 60 rooms will be added.
The 106-room hotel features living and outdoor space, a spa center, a fitness club, a pool and bar and Askanelli restaurant. In the second stage, concert and conference halls will be added. The founder plans to build residential villas on the territory of the hotel as well.
"Our main goal is to provide a high standard of service, to ensure a healthy lifestyle for our guests, comfort and fun.
The hotel will provide entertainment and relaxation spaces, Askaneli restaurant, a spa and fitness center, a pool and a bar. Outdoor spaces for cultural events. The hotel will be affordable for medium and high-income tourists, both locally and worldwide," said Gocha Chkhaidze.
