According to the Hotel Price Index published by PMCG Research, hotel room prices in Georgia varied significantly in October 2025, reflecting differences in hotel category and region.
The report shows that, on average, room rates were as follows:
- 5-star hotels: 442 GEL
- 4-star hotels: 237 GEL
- 3-star hotels: 153 GEL
- Family-type hotels: 100 GEL
Among 5-star hotels, the highest average prices were recorded in Tbilisi (659 GEL), Kakheti (584 GEL), and Shida Kartli (488 GEL), highlighting these regions as the most expensive destinations for luxury stays.
The findings offer valuable insights for travelers and the hospitality industry, indicating that hotel pricing in Georgia is strongly influenced by location and hotel category.
