Bakery "Dona" opens its third branch in Batumi. As Tamila Bezhanidze, the representative of the confectionery told TV-porgram "Women's Narrative", the opening of the new branch is planned in about two weeks.
"The city has grown a lot, the number of customers of our confectionery is also increasing. A very densely populated new district was added to the territory of New Boulevard, which led to the fact that we will open the third branch of "Dona" in this area, namely on Inasaridze Street, within 2 weeks, and the residents of this district will also have access to our sweets," said Tamila Bezhanidze.
According to her, the new branch is relatively small in size, but several hundreds of thousands of GEL have been invested. As she notes there are complaints from the customers that "Dona" is only in Batumi. Tamila Bezhanidze explains that Dona is a family business and can't expand in other cities at this stage.
It is planned to employ 30-40 people in the third new branch of pastry "Dona", while both existing branches employ up to 200 people.
"Dona" started operating in Batumi 21 years ago and today it offers customers about 100 types of sweets.
