The capital’s main Christmas tree will be lit on December 12 at 8:00 p.m. in First Republic Square, announced Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze during today’s municipal government session.
Mayor Kaladze invited citizens to join the festive celebration.
“We are working diligently at First Republic Square, where the main Christmas tree and the ‘Christmas Village’ will be located. We aim to create a magical New Year’s atmosphere and to foster a festive spirit for everyone who visits, big or small. We wholeheartedly invite everyone to gather at First Republic Square on December 12 at 8:00 p.m., when we will light the city’s main Christmas tree together,” said Kakha Kaladze.
