Mamuka Imedashvili, Deputy General Director of "Metropolis," discussed the company's ongoing projects with TV program "Business Weekly." According to him, at this stage, they are implementing a total of 6 projects, of which 3 are being developed in Tbilisi, while 3 in Batumi.
"Our advantage is that we offer customers a very wide selection. Any customer who is interested in purchasing real estate can buy any type of property with us.
Among Tbilisi projects, what was important for us in 2024 is 'Metropol Bagebi.' We completed the project within the scheduled timeframe and handed over the planned apartments to our customers. Regarding other projects, 'Metropol Kavtaradze' will feature two high-rise buildings, and what distinguishes this project is a very large recreational area, located on 1 hectare, which will include running tracks, children's spaces, exercise areas, and a kindergarten. In the case of 'Metropol Ortachala,' the project is distinguished by its location. On one hand, it's notable for its historical monuments, and on the other hand, it's just 10 minutes away from the city's central avenue, which makes this project attractive for tourists," - said the company's General Director.
According to him, Batumi and Tbilisi projects are primarily distinguished by their location, and these regions have different economies and demographics. He adds that statistically, foreigners are more interested in Batumi projects, while Georgians are more interested in Tbilisi projects."As I mentioned, we have three projects in Batumi. It should be noted, that we initially contracted with the French brand 'Louvre Hotel Group', which means that the 5-star hotel brand 'Royal Tulip' will enter our project and after completion, it will be represented with 180 rooms. The frame of 'Metropol Oval' is almost complete. As for the 'Cube', the 25th-floor slab was poured recently, and we think that the framework will be completed by the end of the year," - Mamuka Imedashvili stated.
