During his visit to Abu Dhabi, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Amira Sajwani, founder and CEO of PRYPCO. According to the Government Administration, the meeting focused on Georgia’s favorable investment climate, strong economic growth trends, tourism potential, and government-led initiatives aimed at integrating innovative technologies across various sectors.

Amira Sajwani highlighted Georgia’s business-friendly environment and expressed readiness to further deepen cooperation with the country.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between PRYPCO and the Government of Georgia to introduce innovative technologies in the real estate sector. The document was signed by Georgia’s Minister of Justice Paata Salia and PRYPCO CEO Amira Sajwani.

The project aims to encourage investment in real estate and implement a secure and transparent tokenization process for private property rights in line with Georgian legislation. Under the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on legal and technological matters, assess the potential for real estate tokenization in Georgia, and explore compatibility with existing public service systems.

PM Kobakhidze is participating in the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) Summit held on January 13–15, where he is scheduled to speak on a thematic panel dedicated to the Middle Corridor and Europe-Asia connectivity through energy.
