Georgia's Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili, has updated her asset declaration, showing increases in both her income and bank savings during 2025. According to the filing, her deposits at Bank of Georgia reached nearly GEL 400,000 and USD 343,000 by the end of the year, alongside savings of GBP 3,346. A year earlier, she had declared GEL 114,900, USD 309,000, and GBP 2,467 in deposits.
The declaration states that Kvrivishvili received GEL 111,277 in salary as economy minister in 2025. She also earned GEL 179,700 from her 30% stake in Airline Representation Group and GEL 170,134 from her 10% stake in Voyager, both exceeding the income reported from the companies a year earlier. Additionally, she received USD 13,287 from rental income.
Her husband, Otar Berishvili, Managing Director of Adjara Holding, reported GEL 328,715 in salary. During the year, he took out a EUR 152,000 consumer loan from TBC Bank and continues to hold two other euro-denominated loans. The declaration also lists income from share sales, property rentals, brokerage transactions, and other financial activities.
According to the filing, Kvrivishvili owns an apartment in Tbilisi, a land plot in Tsavkisi, a 2018 BMW X6, two Rolex watches, and Cartier jewellery. The couple also spent GEL 100,000 on home renovations in 2025, while Berishvili's assets include several apartments in Tbilisi and stakes in Mineral Mining Corporation and Worklink International.
