In the first half of 2024, Armenia demonstrated a sharp increase in industrial production, significantly outpacing other countries in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
According to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), from January to July 2024, Armenia's industrial production grew by 15.7% compared to the same period last year.
This figure is more than three times the average growth rate across the EAEU, which stood at 4.8%. Armenia significantly surpassed its union partners: Belarus showed a 7.5% growth, Russia 4.8%, Kazakhstan 2.9%, and Kyrgyzstan 0.8%.
