Lasha Papashvili's real estate and investment management company "Redix" opens the ethno-boutique hotel "Samzeo" in Kvareli. The hotel under this brand has been operating in Tusheti for several years and this will be the second hotel in a row.
Nano Urushadze, director of HoReCa direction at "Redix" declares, that the official opening of the hotel is planned for November and the investment amounts to GEL 40 million.
"In an area surrounded by a forest spread over 54,000 square m, Samzeo Kvareli combines several buildings, including 67 rooms of different categories divided into 3 buildings and a stand-alone restaurant with Kakhian traditional dishes. On the territory, you will be able to enjoy an outdoor pool, a bar and a steam sauna. Along with the services of the conference halls, Samzeo Kvareli will host any kind of events," - Urushadze said.
According to her, the hotel area is being developed gradually and soon, a children's entertainment space, contact zoo, tennis courses will be added.
The company cannot yet specify what the cost of accommodation in the hotel will be and explains: "Price formation in the hotel business is a dynamic process and depends on certain factors, such as, for example, demand for a specific period, seasonality, occupancy rate and etc."
