Fuel prices have started increasing again across Georgia's branded fuel stations as international oil prices rise amid renewed geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. By the end of July, gasoline and diesel prices had increased by 4 to 15 tetri, depending on the fuel retailer.
Gulf raised gasoline prices on July 23 by 4–11 tetri, with G-Force Super now priced at GEL 4.20, G-Force Premium at GEL 3.77, and Euro Regular at GEL 3.59, while diesel prices remained unchanged.
Wissol updated prices on July 21, increasing gasoline by 6–8 tetri. Eco Super now costs GEL 4.18, Eco Premium GEL 3.77, Euro Regular GEL 3.63, while diesel prices range between GEL 3.99 and GEL 4.09.
Connect increased prices on July 22, with Premium gasoline rising by 10 tetri to GEL 3.65, Regular by 15 tetri to GEL 3.50, and diesel by 5 tetri to GEL 3.75. Euro Diesel is priced at GEL 3.95.
At SOCAR, current prices stand at GEL 4.04 for Nano Super, GEL 3.65 for Nano Premium, GEL 3.51 for Nano Euro Regular, and GEL 3.95–₾4.05 for diesel products. Rompetrol currently sells Super at GEL 4.19, Premium at GEL 3.78, and diesel from GEL 3.99, while Lukoil's prices range from GEL 3.55 for Euro Regular to GEL 4.13 for Super Ecto.
Fuel prices had declined between early June and early July as oil markets stabilized following easing tensions between the United States and Iran. However, the latest escalation in the Middle East has pushed international crude oil prices higher, prompting retailers in Georgia to begin raising pump prices once again.
