Fuel Prices Surge by Up to 74 Tetri in A Month: Current Rates at Brand Stations

From February 28, global oil price increases triggered a sharp rise in fuel prices in Georgia during March. Over the month, gasoline prices climbed 15–45 tetri, while diesel jumped 37–74 tetri. Importers report that companies still had 1–2 weeks of stock in March, which caused gradual price increases, but with further global price hikes expected, fuel costs in April are likely to rise even more.

Gulf stations adjusted prices five times in March, with gasoline up 40–46 tetri and diesel by 74 tetri. Current Gulf prices: G-Force Super – GEL 3.93; G-Force Premium – GEL 3.53; G-Force Euro Regular – GEL 3.39; Euro Regular – GEL 3.37; G-Force Euro Diesel – GEL 3.87; Euro Diesel – GEL 3.77.

Wissol stations revised prices six times since March 7, with increases of 28–69 tetri depending on the type. Current prices include: Eco Super – GEL 3.92; Eco Premium – GEL 3.52; Eco Diesel – GEL 3.82; Euro Diesel – GEL 3.77; Euro Regular – GEL 3.37; Diesel Energy – GEL 3.72.

Socar adjusted prices three times since March 11, with gasoline up 17–29 tetri and diesel 37–51 tetri. Current prices: Nano Super – GEL 3.72; Nano Premium – GEL 3.40; Nano Euro Regular – GEL 3.24; Euro 5 Diesel – GEL 3.50; Nano Euro 5 Diesel – GEL 3.60. Rompetrol and Lukoil also saw significant increases ranging 15–70 tetri for both gasoline and diesel.
