Including, 54.3% of professors are women and 45.7% are men. Most of them, 36.2% are associate professors.
According to the Geostat, the country has 2, 108 full-degree professors, including 1,162 work in the state Universities and 946 - in private universities.
At the same time, there are 1 249 assistant professors in the country, 1876 teachers and 1 084 are employed in other categories.
