Georgia’s hotel price index increased by 8.7% in May 2026 compared to the same month last year, according to PMC Research Center. The sharpest price growth was recorded in Adjara, Guria, and Kakheti.
Average nightly rates reached GEL 121 in family-run hotels, GEL 174 in three-star hotels, GEL 265 in four-star hotels, and GEL 482 in five-star properties.
Kakheti recorded the highest average hotel price at GEL 675, followed by Guria at GEL 674 and Tbilisi at GEL 653.
Compared to May 2025, prices at three-, four-, and five-star hotels increased by 7.2%, while family-run hotels saw a 10.5% rise. Overall, hotel prices across Georgia were up 8.7% year-on-year.
