Georgian brand Wigs’ Room is recording average annual sales growth of 30% and plans to introduce artificial intelligence tools to improve customer service. The company is updating its website to allow customers to browse wigs online and virtually try them on.
Founder Gvantsa Inasaridze told BMGTV’s Women’s Narrative that rising demand made it increasingly difficult to respond to customer inquiries quickly, prompting the company to digitize its internal processes.
The updated platform is expected to integrate AI tools and a chatbot to help customers select products and access information more easily. Inasaridze said customer feedback has played a major role in the brand’s development, accounting for around 70% of the changes introduced.
The company ships products to customers in multiple countries every day and already serves several thousand international buyers. According to Inasaridze, some potential customers also discover the brand through AI tools.
She added that customer trust and the company’s commitment to keeping its promises remain key drivers of growth.
