Georgian brand Wigs’ Room is exploring potential export markets and partners while assessing its production capacity. Founder Gvantsa Inasaridze said the company plans to provide more specific details about its international expansion plans next year.
In an interview with BMGTV, Inasaridze said entering foreign markets requires meeting production standards and obtaining relevant certifications, which demand significant financial resources. The company is evaluating its capacity and potential partnerships before taking this step.
Wigs’ Room has also secured funding through a new grant program to upgrade and diversify its equipment and expand its technological capabilities. Inasaridze said the investment would accelerate production, improve product quality and support the company’s export ambitions.
The company initially faced challenges sourcing raw materials, collecting hair through its own resources before establishing partnerships with salons and hairstylists. The collected hair is disinfected and then processed at the company’s facility.
