Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze declares, that Georgia is ready to review relations with the USA, for friendship, but not at the expense of giving up the country's interests.
According to him, specific calls from strategic partners - regarding the "transparency law" or the release of criminals from prison, are unacceptable.
"When it comes to strategic partnership, it is categorically unacceptable to "pour ashes into the eyes", to wrap the law of transparency in Russian, it is unacceptable when you are told to release a criminal, otherwise you will face obstacles on the way to European integration. We have repeatedly stated and have proven with our actions that the Georgian government is ready for friendship and cooperation, but this should not happen at the expense of giving up the interests of the country and people", said Kakha Kaladze.
