The Georgian Parliament will keep the yellow security level on May 3-4 based on the September 4, 2023, decree of Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.
Visitors will not be permitted to enter the supreme legislative body. MPs and employees of the parliament will be allowed to enter the building.
“The imposed measures aim to ensure a peaceful work environment in the parliament,” the Georgian Parliament said.
The Parliament enforces the yellow security level amid tensions over the protests against the bill On Transparency of Foreign Influence.
