The Georgian National Tourism Administration has signed a $460,200 contract with THINKSTRAWBERRIES LUXURY TRAVEL MARKETING PVT to run a marketing campaign in India. The agreement covers a one-year period and aims to promote Georgia as a tourism destination in the Indian market.
Under the contract, the Indian company will organize and implement various marketing activities, including advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, as well as in traditional media outlets. The scope also includes organizing roadshows in major Indian cities, including Bengaluru and Chennai.
India has been designated as a priority market for Georgia’s tourism sector. Previously, the agency also signed multi-million-dollar contracts with Indian companies to promote wedding tourism, reflecting a targeted strategy to attract visitors from the region.
Earlier this year, the administration awarded two contracts to Dubai-registered VIVAAH WEDDING PARTIES ORGANIZING—one worth $286,691 and another worth $592,613—both aimed at promoting Georgia as a destination for wedding tourism.
