Georgia's three mobile network operators — Magti, Cellfie Mobile and Silknet — generated a combined GEL 393 million in revenue during the first five months of 2026, up 9% year-on-year, according to financial data submitted to the Georgian National Communications Commission (ComCom). The number of active mobile subscribers also increased by 238,732 over the past year, reaching 5.94 million.
Magti remained the market leader with GEL 185.3 million in revenue, up by 9% year-on-year, serving 2.46 million subscribers and holding a 41.5% market share. Silknet reported GEL 135.4 million in revenue, a 7% increase, with 2.1 million subscribers and a 37% market share. Cellfie Mobile posted the fastest revenue growth, rising 13% to GEL 71.6 million, while serving 1.35 million subscribers and accounting for 22.7% of the market.
Average revenue per user (ARPU) increased across all three operators. In May 2026, Magti's monthly ARPU reached GEL 15.81, up GEL 0.41 year-on-year, while Silknet's rose to GEL 13.69, an increase of GEL 0.31. Cellfie Mobile recorded the strongest improvement, with ARPU climbing GEL 1.07 to GEL 11.61 per subscriber per month.
The report also shows continued growth in mobile data usage. As of May 2026, 4.59 million subscribers, or 77.3% of all mobile users, were using mobile internet, compared with 71.1% a year earlier. Average monthly mobile data consumption reached 20.6 GB per subscriber, up 21.7% or 3.7 GB compared with May 2025.
