ვაზელინი

Georgia imported 634.6 tons of vaseline in 2025, a 40% increase compared to the previous year, with the total import value reaching $852,600. Russia remained the dominant supplier, accounting for 73% of the entire imported volume.

According to GeoStat, Georgia purchased 465.5 tons of vaseline worth $626,400 from Russia alone. The remaining imports were distributed among several other countries, though in significantly smaller quantities.

Iran ranked second with 65.3 tons worth $71,300, followed by Turkey with 51.2 tons valued at $50,400. China supplied 16.5 tons totaling $41,400, and Norway shipped 3.7 tons worth $17,300.

Despite diversification among multiple countries, Georgia’s vaseline market continues to be heavily dependent on Russian imports, maintaining a pattern observed in previous years.
