According to the government's decision, it will be forbidden to enter or leave all four major cities of Georgia - Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi and Kutaisi - for 10 days.
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, made the above announcement at the briefing. According to him, it happened for the first time that 30 people were infected in a day and 500 people are being examined. The Prime Minister said the country moved to the stage of full-scale internal spreading of the virus.
"The government has decided to ban citizens from entering or leaving big cities - Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi and Kutaisi for 10 days, starting from at 9:00 pm tomorrow," Gakharia said.
