National Agency of State Property has brought former sanatorium Medea, located on the land area of 76,621 square m in Gurieli str, Tskaltubo. The initial price of the object totals to GEL 5,829,000.
Under the terms of the privatization, the sanatorium has been granted the status of a real cultural heritage monument, the new owner must arrange a hotel complex of at least 120 rooms within 60 months after the signing of the contract, for which he must invest GEL 10 million.
The auction will end on April 14.
