In 2025, the average sale price of real estate in Batumi rose by 16.5%, reaching $1,395 per square meter, according to a report by TBC Capital.
The report does not specify the exact number of transactions in Batumi but notes that the sale of high-end residential complexes largely drove the price increase.
Across Georgia, a total of 78,500 real estate transactions were completed in 2025, representing a 6% increase from 2024. Of these, 29,300 properties were from the primary market, while 49,200 units came from the secondary market. In Tbilisi, the average sale price reached $1,312 per square meter, up ბყ 4.1% compared to 2024.
Looking ahead to 2026, TBC Capital expects prices to continue rising, forecasting a 3.2% increase in average property prices nationwide, along with a 4.5% growth in market volume.
