Batumi’s residential real estate market recorded growth in June 2026, with apartment transactions and market value both increasing, according to a Colliers report.
The number of residential property transactions in Batumi reached 1,468 in June, up 8% compared with the same month last year. The total market size increased by 28% to $100 million.
The average weighted price of newly built apartments in Batumi rose by 22% year-on-year, reaching $1,455 per square meter. The main driver of price growth was the primary market.
Transactions in newly built apartments increased by 11.6%, while sales of older apartments declined by 26.4% compared with June 2025. Foreign buyers’ share of transactions in both new and old residential projects increased to 47%, while Georgian buyers accounted for 49% of purchases.
