The first Holiday Inn Resort in Georgia will be opened in Batumi. The world brand is included in the Bluesky Tower project by the development company "Like House".
Holiday Inn Resort will be opened in Batumi in 2025
The project value amounts to GEL 200 million and consists of two blocks. High-class investment apartments equipped with international standards will be placed in block A, while residnetial real estate will be located in block B.
According to Giorgi Dolidze, director of HSC Group, Holiday Inn Resort is a 5-star facility that features unusually large spaces, recreational areas, a large-scale pool, conference rooms, entertainment areas, a variety of choices of restaurants, etc.
"Holiday Inn Resort will offer different types of rooms, in a 38-story building. There will be a resort-style indoor pool, gym, conference rooms, restaurant, workspaces, etc. In addition, block A will have 795 apartments built to the same standards, which are intended for investments. As for block B, there will be 1300 different types of residential apartments, and according to the principle of this unified complex, both residents and guests will be able to enjoy various services of the brand.
The apartments will be opened at the beginning of 2025, and the hotel will be opened at the end of the year," said Giorgi Dolidze.
According to him, 6-7 international brands are planned to enter Georgia in 2024-2025, and the investments are mainly Georgian. The management company thinks that the entry of world-famous brands into the Georgian market will further increase the real estate prices in Adjara.
"In general, international brands are very interested in Georgia. 6-7 brands will be introduced in 2024-2025. It should be emphasized that mainly the investments are the citizens of our country, and in this case, the investment is Georgian. In total, the investment of Bluesky Tower is equal to 200 million GEL.
Construction prices increase once a quarter, so the selling price also increases. I don't think anything will happen in the coming years to lower the price. In my opinion, it will increase by at least 5-7% every year", said Giorgi Dolidze.
