Nikoloz Medzmariashvili, general director of a new Real Estate Development Company Homer declares, that they have decided to create such a project, which would be distinguished by its striking architecture, functionality, and thoughtful design. So, they have started to work on Homer Alpha project jointly with partners, after studying the Georgian market. This residential project goes beyond aesthetics, with careful attention to planning and safety, making it a place where life's most significant moments unfold and lasting memories are created.
According to Medzmariashvili, the investors are from the International Financial Fund, which is managing different projects in the Middle East. As of him, it is a Dubai-based organization NDJ Investments and their joint investment will reach $62 million over the next two years.
“In the past few years, the developer market has grown quite a lot, as well as the real estate market in Georgia, generally. The trust from the region is clearly there, even in Georgia itself, there are many new players on the market, some might've been in different industries before, but saw the tendency of real estate market growth and a lot of them decided to develop their business in that direction. As a result, it creates a background, where international investors become more keen to become a part of this market. So the trust from investors remains sustainable and important in this industry. We already spent 40% of our joint investment, the rest will be used during the construction”, - Medzmariashvili said.
