Hotel accommodation in Georgia became cheaper in November, according to the latest Hotel Price Index published by the PMC Research Center. The index shows a 5.9% month-to-month decline, marking notable reductions across several regions, including Guria, Tbilisi and Samtskhe-Javakheti.
On an annual basis, hotel prices decreased by 4.2%, with the sharpest drops observed in Imereti, Kakheti and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti.
Across the country, the average hotel room price ranged between 101 GEL and 390 GEL, depending on the category.

Price Changes by Hotel Category In November:
- Prices in 3, 4 and 5*** hotels decreased by 7.5% month-to-month.
- Prices in family-type hotels declined by 3.0%.
- Annually, 3*, 4* and 5* hotel prices decreased by 1.8%, while family-type hotels saw a 5.2% drop.
