Hotel Prices in Georgia Fall in October 2025 – PMCG

According to PMCG Research’s October 2025 Hotel Price Index, hotel services in Georgia became notably cheaper both month-on-month and year-on-year. The index fell by 9.6% compared to September 2025, marking a significant monthly decline.

Regionally, the largest monthly price drops were recorded in Adjara (-18.5%), Guria (-13.6%), and Kakheti (-11.8%). By hotel type, the index for 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels decreased by 8.9%, while family-type hotels saw a larger decline of 10.6%.

Compared to October 2024, the hotel price index fell by 2.3%. The most significant annual decreases occurred in Mtskheta-Mtianeti (-13.1%), Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti (-11.4%), and Kakheti (-11.0%).

Tbilisi was the only major region to see an increase, with hotel prices rising 2.5% year-on-year.
