According to PMCG's latest Hotel Price Index, hotel prices in Georgia increased by 8.4% year-on-year in June 2026, while rising 3.8% compared to May.
On a monthly basis, the sharpest price increases were recorded in Guria, Samtskhe-Javakheti, and Tbilisi. Compared to June 2025, Tbilisi, Racha, and Kakheti posted the highest annual growth.
By accommodation type, prices at 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels rose 4.2% month-on-month, while family-run hotels recorded a 3.3% monthly increase. On an annual basis, family hotels saw a 9.0% rise in prices, compared to 7.9% for 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels.
Average room rates in June stood at GEL 128 for family hotels, GEL 191 for 3-star hotels, GEL 295 for 4-star hotels, and GEL 494 for 5-star hotels. Among luxury hotels, the highest average room rates were recorded in Guria (GEL 713), Tbilisi (GEL 670), and Kakheti (GEL 610).
