According to the PMC Research Center, in July 2025, hotel prices in Georgia increased by 6.6% compared to the previous month. In monthly terms, the highest increase was recorded in Guria (23%), Adjara (11%) and Tbilisi (6%).
As for the annual indicator, in July the price index of 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels decreased by 1.3%, while the price index of family-type hotels increased by 6.8%. Overall, the hotel price index in July 2025 remained unchanged compared to July 2024.
The average price of various types of hotels in the country looks like this: family-type hotel - 116 GEL; 3-star hotel - 171 GEL, 4-star hotel - 254 GEL. As for five-star hotels, the average price of 5-star hotels in Georgia in July was 517 GEL. The highest average price was recorded in Guria (674 GEL), Kakheti (594 GEL) and Adjara (540 GEL).
