The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure completed the reconstruction of the 5-kilometer-long road connecting Kutaisi and Baghdati in the Imereti region.
The road also leads to Vani and Kutaisi International University and is significant for both the locals and tourists.
The reconstruction works included the arrangement of pavements, lighting systems, bicycle lines, bus stops and traffic signs, financed from the state budget for GEL 8.6 million.
