Traffic for all types of motor vehicles is temporarily restricted on the Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi highway due to difficult meteorological conditions.
According to the Roads Department of Georgia’s Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, the restriction was caused by a blizzard, snowdrifts, and limited visibility.
The Agency reports that non-stop vehicle movement on the Mleta-Gudauri and Stepantsminda-Larsi sections is allowed.
