The Prime Minister, at a briefing on November 25 announced the nominations for three ministerial portfolios: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Justice and Minister of Environment and Agriculture.
The Chair of the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee of the outgoing Parliament Davit Songhulashvili was nominated for the position of Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture. Davit Songhulashvili held the post of MP between 2016 -2020 and was a majoritarian candidate for Gurjaani. As Irakli Kobakhidze stated when presenting the new candidate for the position of Minister, Davit Songhulashvili has a deep education in the relevant field, in the direction of business and economics, he graduated from the Caucasus Business School and the Grenoble Business School.
The property declaration of the new member of the Cabinet Ministers, who is to be approved by the Parliament this week, is as follows:
Davit Songhulashvili keeps USD 70 thousand and GEL 15 thousand in cash, and has GEL 70 thousand and USD 7 thousand in bank accounts. As for the remuneration received, Davit Songhulashvili indicates GEL 52,559 for the position of chairman of the committee.
As for real estate, Davit Songhulashvili lists a 336 square meter apartment on Kazbegi Avenue in Tbilisi, as well as a 600 square meter residential house in Kojori and a 1,500 square meter land plot in Tabakhmela.

PM nominated Maka Botchorishvili for the post of Foreign Minister. She will replace Ilia Darchiashvili in this position.
Bochorishvili served as the Chairman of the European Integration Committee in the 10th Convocation Parliament, and prior to that, she served as Georgia's Ambassador to Belgium between 2018 and 2020. According to his work biography, Bochorishvili has been working in the structures of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1999.
According to the property declaration, Maka Bochorishvili owns a 1,000 square meter land plot and a 392 square meter house on it on Givi Dzneladze Street in Digomi district, as well as a 1,498 square meter land plot in Tsavkisi, a 109 square meter apartment on Natia Bashaleishvili Street in Vera, Tbilisi, a 65 square meter apartment in Krtsanisi, Tbilisi, and a 58 square meter apartment on Tarkhnishvili Street in Vera, Tbilisi.
Bochorishvili indicates 8 thousand USD and 2 thousand EUR in her bank accounts. According to her, she received GEL 53,004 as remuneration for her position as the chairman of the committee.
Maka Bochorishvili indicates in her property declaration that a major expense was USD 13,290 paid for mortgage servicing, while a major income was USD 27,600 from renting out one of her apartments.
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has nominated Anri Okhanashvili as a candidate for Minister of Justice. He will replace Rati Bregadze in this position.
Anri Okhanashvili has held the position of Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs since 2020, and he was also a member of the ninth convocation of the Parliament.

Khodeli also received 3,577 GEL as a law professor at the Eastern European University.
Among the major expenses, Okhanashvili names 19,000 GEL paid for his children's education.
