LLC Evolution Georgia published its 2021 financial report. According to the document, last year the company increased its income by GEL 50.7 million to GEL 145.3 million. The company's net profit surged from GEL 6.1 million to GEL 13.4 million.
According to the report, number of the company's employees has also dramatically increased, in 2020 the company employed 3.5 thousand people and paid GEL 43.3 million for their salaries. In 2021, the number of employees increased to 5.9 thousand, and the amount of paid wages increased to GEL 93.6 million.
The direct owner of the company is Evolution Malta Holding Limited LLC, which in turn is part of the Swedish company Evolution Gaming Group AB. The company's shares are traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and its global revenue in 2021 has been USD 1.24 million.
"The group creates fully integrated live casino solutions for gambling operators. The company does not operate the gambling itself,” the company's management report said.
A subsidiary of Evolution Gambling has been operating in Georgia since 2018.
