Company "Zoti Holding", the owner of Tbilisi Free Industrial Zone, plans to invest USD 10 million in the development of the Free Industrial Zone over the next three years. As one of the founders of "Zoti Holding" and managing partner of FIZ said in an interview with BMGTV, rebranding is also planned. Soso Nibladze does not rule out that "Zoti Holding" will start working on the expansion of FIZ.
"Despite the so-called mining direction, which was the main line of Bitfury, FIZ also includes trade companies from regional countries, as well as the pharmaceutical sector, we intend to support them and create a pharmaceutical hub in FIZ.
We are starting to implement the first infrastructure project. We think we will invest USD 10 million in the next 3 years. I do not rule out that this number will change. We will start an intensive campaign, also in the direction of rebranding. We will be able to say what news we will have in 3-6 months," Soso Nibladze says.
Tbilisi Free Industrial Zone is located in the vicinity of Gldani, on a territory of 17 thousand square meters. As Nibladze says, the area works only with 35-40% load.
