Actual November occupancies indicate less than 10% rate in hotels for all regions - TBC Capital reported in its recent ‘Tracking a Recovery’ report. Forward occupancy shows it will be even less in December.
According to TBC Capital, the actual occupancy rates for November: a roughly 9% rate in Kakheti and Other Regions, followed by Tbilisi at 8%. Seaside hotels were the least occupied in November at 2%. As for the forward occupancy rates, for December it will amount to 2% for Kakheti, 3% for Tbilisi and 4% for other regions, while current bookings indicate no occupancy for Seaside hotels – TBC Capital reported.
