I Will Have the Opportunity to Address European Leaders - Kobakhidze Attends EPC Summit

ირაკლი კობახიძე

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, speaking from Armenia during the 8th European Political Community (EPC) Summit, emphasized Georgia’s growing importance for Europe’s connectivity. According to him, the South Caucasus - and Georgia in particular - plays a strategic role in linking seven countries to the Black Sea and, consequently, to the broader European market.

Kobakhidze noted that this is his fifth participation in an EPC summit. He said he will address European leaders during a roundtable session and also use the event for bilateral meetings.

The Prime Minister stressed that discussions will focus on Georgia’s function as a key transit and economic corridor, arguing that the country has “significant importance for Europe in terms of connectivity.”
