In February 2024, the capital of Armenia saw a significant increase in housing prices compared to the same period last year. This was reported by Anna Nazaryan, the head of the market analysis department at the Armenian Cadastre Committee.
According to the data presented, housing prices in February of this year increased by 13.2% compared to the same month last year. However, compared to January of this year, the growth was only 0.5%.
Nazaryan also noted that despite the high level of price growth, recent weeks have shown a slowdown in this process.
In addition, a representative of the Cadastre Committee reported that in February of this year, foreign citizens carried out 132 real estate transactions in Yerevan.
