Inn Group is developing a hotel business and plans to launch a 5-star hotel in Tskaltubo by spring 2023.
According to Erekle Kokaia, the executive director of the company, a 100-room hotel project includes a restaurant, bowling alley, two pools, a spa and a gym. The head of the company says that the investment cost of the project is approximately GEL 13 - 15 million, and after its implementation, the company will be able to employ 70-100 local people.
"It will be a 5-star hotel where the vacationer will receive "all inclusive" services from food to entertainment centers.
We want to offer our guests a three-course meal to attract them for a long-term vacation. We will try to make our service accessible to the local population.
At this stage, we are waiting for the architect's report and approval of the final details of the project. As soon as we have the project and get permission, we will start construction. The building was constructed in the 80s, it was owned by a private person, and we were asked to take over the management. The main thing is to get the permission on time, and therefore we are thinking of launching the hotel by May next year," Kokaya told BM.GE.
The head of Inn Group also names strategic markets in the direction of health tourism and says that there is a lot of interest in this regard from Kazakhstan.
