Georgia's former Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili delcares, that the recent incidents of Government representatives and their supporters stepping outside the bounds of the law are increasing the risk of disorder and civil conflict in the country.
He stated that, regardless of how unacceptable the actions of certain opponents may be, it remains the Government's crime and complete irresponsibility to shift events into the realm of personal vengeance.
