Job vacancies posted on jobs.ge totaled 6,528 in November 2025, marking a 14.9% monthly decline, PMC Research Center’s employment tracker shows. Compared to November 2024, vacancies were 5% higher, a growth driven mainly by last year’s sharp drop.
According to the report, the smallest monthly decrease was recorded in IT & programming (-4%), while the largest decline occurred in sales & procurement (-18.4%).
On an annual basis, IT & programming again led with a 32% increase, whereas administration & management posted a 2% contraction.
From September to November 2025, a total of 22,932 vacancies were published—2.4% more than in the same period of 2024. The finance and statistics category contributed most to this growth.
