Giorgi Ramishvili, founder of Silk Road Group, announced that world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma is leading the development of a master plan for the Tsinandali Estate, in collaboration with internationally acclaimed landscape architect Vladimir Djurovic. The announcement came during the opening of the seventh season of the Tsinandali Classical Music Festival.

The master plan envisions a five-star hotel, a new concert hall, residential apartments, and enhanced recreational spaces, including a renovated historic park and a new park designed for children.

The plan includes apartments and a spa area adjacent to the vineyards, as well as another five-star hotel and a concert hall designed by Kengo Kuma,” Ramishvili said. Vladimir Djurovic will focus on the design of Tsinandali’s new park.

Construction of the concert hall, with a capacity of 1,200 seats, is set to begin this year above the Radisson Hotel and is expected to be completed in about one year. Once finished, the estate will host concerts, weddings, and events year-round.

Ramishvili emphasized the estate’s ongoing tradition of collaborating with world-class architects, noting that previous concert halls were developed with renowned designer Ingo Maurer.
