The general manager of the operating company of Tbilisi and Batumi international airports continues negotiations within the framework of Routes Asia 2024 - a large-scale aviation forum hosted by Malaysia. Today the meetings have been held with such large Asian airlines as Thai Air Asia X, Cathay Pacific, Scoot, Jeju Air and India Express regarding the start of flights to Georgia.
Tea Zakaradze talked to the top officials of the airlines about the opportunities they will enjoy if flights start at Tbilisi and Batumi international airports. Particular attention was paid to the importance of direct flights. The negotiations also took place on further cooperation with the representatives of GMR Goa International Airport.
One of the largest aviation forums - Routes Asia 2024 was held in Malaysia on February 27-29.
The top officials from the world's largest airlines, airports, aviation authorities and tourism sector participated in the conference.
